Raf is leaving ESPN

Bill Raftery is leaving ESPN and joining Fox Sports 1. That means we won't get to hear him call our games unless we are lucky (or some would say unlucky) enough to get him calling our NCAA Tourney sites. Deadspin, via The Big Lead, says he will be paired with Gus Johnson and do (New) Big East games. (That could be a VERY loud announcing duo)

I guess he wanted to stick with the league that he has been associated with for almost all of his announcing career.

This leaves the question of what will happen to the rest of the Big Monday crew of Sean McDonough and Jay Bilas. It was announced a few months ago that the ACC will be taking the Old Big East / American Athletic Conference's Monday 7pm Eastern time slot. Will ESPN drop the Big Monday crew down to just the McDonough - Bilas pair or do you think there is someone ESPN will tack onto the booth to return it to a 3 man team?
