Big Ten could drop down to D-III

Jim Delany says if it becomes a requirement to pay student-athletes, there's a possibility of the Big Ten dropping down to Division III. For 13 of their members, this would mean a dramatic downshift in all sports. Rutgers, on the other hand, would feel right at home in D-III.
