The Big East Conference tournament is just weeks away and with six teams ranked in the top 25, this promises to be an exciting tournament. Arguably one of the most competitive conferences in college basketball, the Big East features some of college basketball’s most elite teams and intense rivalries. The Big East Tournament will be held at Madison Square Garden in New York, NY from March 12th through the 16th and tickets can be purchased HERE.
The Syracuse Orange are having a strong season, starting ranked #9, and have never dropped out of the top 10. With key wins this season over top ranked opponents including Louisville, Syracuse finds themselves fighting for the top spot in the Big East. Current projections for the Orange in the NCAA® Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament have them as #2 seed playing in the Midwest region. This would be a desirable draw for the Orange setting them up to go deep into the tournament.
