The NBDL program is a bit flawed - the teams should be able to have minor league roster spots that they can protect and not impact the NBA roster - guys like Kris should not have to be released - not to say they should be prevented from a call up even if it isn't with the "protecting" team - anyway seems like players and teams would benefit with a two way contract that only counts if they are on the NBA roster....or does that make too much sense? Each team should have like 5 spots that they can have some real development and access to players. Feel bad for AO he was playing really well and hurt his knee - seems like Cleveland would of called him up with Varejao being out - Love AO!!!! sure wish he didn't get hurt in 2010 - that was a Title team - Sad for Wes seems like can't find his niche in the league. Just mad because was hoping to see Kris play for Maine this Friday in Springfield Mass. Oh well maybe next time
