He's a 2013 kid, so it looks like they are trying to make up for the loss of Zach Allen. Watching tape of him, it's hard not to see his tremendous gifts. Great high throwing motion, strong arm and good pocket presence. Being a Syracuse football fan has made me a cynic when it comes to these things, but who know's, maybe Scott Shafer is a great recruiter. Link is below
