With the Minnesota game leaving a sour taste in my mouth and the coming bye week, I figured now was the best time to start a new Syracuse dynasty on NCAA Football ‘13. In doing so, I re-did the rosters and made a lot of changes for Syracuse. I downloaded the latest roster file from operationsports.com released about a week ago (3.0) and edited from that. Below all of the player and ratings changes I made. As required, there is a clear bias and most Syracuse players receive a ratings boost.
