Syracuse University football coaches, as they have for many years, will wear a patch on their sleeves during Saturday’s 4 p.m. game with Stony Brook in the Carrier Dome commemorating those who lost their lives in the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center and Pentagon on Sept. 11, 2001. The words "Gone But Not Forgotten" appear on the patch.
