A week ago, Hoya Suxa posted an article about the Georgetown-Syracuse Beer Pong Tournament taking place in New York City on July 28th. You can see the details Here. Well, it looks like a Georgetown alum has decided to take to Deadspin to help create his team's name. Exerpts and link below the jump.
In it, Georgetown alum "John," if that's his real name, is looking for "Clever and Offensive" team names. He mentions a few he has thought of, and let's just say, they aren't too clever, and at this point, I don't think we would find them too offensive:
'Cuse is Doing (Laurie) Fine
Bernie Fine Reaches Playing 1-on-1
Fine with the Statute of Limitations
2-for-1 Special at the Fine House
Laurie Fine Juices 'Cuse
He even offers up this non-Cuse related, but universally offensive "Rodney King's Pool Cleaners"
So, I say to you fellow Nunesians, I'm sure we could come up with better offensive team names, right?
