The Portland Trail Blazers are not going tender Jonny Flynn a qualifying offer, which means the point guard will be an unrestricted free agent when the market opens on Sunday -- July 1.

Flynn, according to Dave McMenamin of ESPNLosAngeles.com, has six teams he wants to speak with and the Los Angeles Lakers are one of them. The other five on Flynn's list include Brooklyn, Chicago, Phoenix, Toronto and Portland.

The Lakers have limited options when it comes to free agents and all they'd likely offer Flynn is a minimum contract.

ESPN NBA Rumors - Insider link Let's not forget that Flynn doesn't turn 24 till February. He's still a young guy and things got derailed with that hip surgery. He showed flashes when he got minutes last year. I would love to see him on the Bulls, get a chance to start until Rose returns 1/2 or 3/4 of the way through the year.
