How'd He Get Here: Luke might be a walk-on scrub on the gridiron, but he's no joke on the wrestling mat. After putting out feelers on both fronts, he was offered a chance to try out for the team by Syracuse defensive line coach Jimmy Brumbaugh. One might wonder, though, if he might have been better off trying to hook up with one Jon Jones instead.

What Did Scout/Rivals Say?: Zilch

Money Quote: On the challenges of being a walk-on player.

"I'm still getting the technique down. I want to get faster, get everything down so I don't have to think about what I'm doing."

Links of Wonder: Apparently it was a pretty big deal when the kid from Hudson Falls make it to the big time.
