The Daily Orange has been interviewing faculty of all levels on campus for the past six months (they apparently went to the Pat Forde School of Journalism) and a large segment of them feel any dialogue with the administration is a one way street, and any dissent against her has become a risky thing to do. Another thing is the lack of understanding on her initiatives (I'll admit, I've never heard of most of her programs, and the ones I have heard of I don't know what they do). Hell, entire departments still have no idea WTF "Scholarship in Action" is. The Nancellor and her supporters are pinning the criticism on the good ole boys network and asking if a male chancellor would be put under the same scrutiny.
An interesting story, and it's creating quite the buzz on campus today. I'm rather indifferent to this for the most part but I'm curious about some of the opinions on here.
