His bracket is currently in the 7th percentile of submitted brackets on ESPN's Tourney Challenge. If you're in the seventh percentile on the SAT's, you can't even get into University of Phoenix. Gottlieb gets in the seventh percentile and he gets paid to analyze college basketball. Also, Dickie V. is in the 38th percentile. Wonder which loss put him there.....
