Syracuse Defeats Georgetown: The Videography

The Syracuse Orange defeated the Georgetown Hoyas 64-61 on Wednesday. Here are the videos to prove it:

Get a crowd's eye view of the final moments:

He hates on Georgetown so hard

so almost losing to my Hoyas probably hurt you more than UNC ACTUALLY losing to Duke. He’s a joke.

High fives only on three pointers.

UNC is the only team

that stays in the top 10 despite two BLOWOUTS to two UNRANKED teams. And they have 5 losses.

"If a Hall of fame coach says his teams got problems, they got problems"

What a stupid statement, every coach is going to say his team still has problems, no team is perfect.

by Jordan Selmer on Feb 9, 2012 1:13 PM EST reply actions

But Doug,

since when do you respect this Hall of Fame coach or his opinions? It almost would have been more trolltastic to rank Cuse first.

Whatever. It’s highly, highly doubtful that UNC could rip a 1 seed in the East from us and that’s really all that matters at this point in the season.

It's the most bullshit thing I've seen in thirty years.

UNC

Hasnt really beaten anyone. I know they have played a tough schedule, but elite teams beat other good teams, UNC hasn’t.

Really nice recovery and ending

She didn’t exactly nail the first modulation.

Almost nobody who isn't classically trained pretty well

has the legit range for this song. It’s a bad National Anthem from singability standards. The bad beginning is almost a fact of life. She did kill it at the end, though.

If you're going to be stupid, you're going to have to be tough

Too much Doug hate

Yes, he fought with cuse fans on twitter. But stop bitching. Holy shit. His points are fair and reasonable (maybe dumb?) but who here really thinks cuse beats any of those three teams right now??

HELL NO

GET A F****** REBOUND A**HOLES

Rebounding like last night, a game against any good team would be dicey

but really, if Syracuse plays an average to good game, I think they can play with anyone. UNC isn’t exactly the most physical team ever assembled – Cuse could rebound like they did last night and beat them.

Let’s just hope we get the chance.

It's the most bullshit thing I've seen in thirty years.

by Girardi Party on Feb 9, 2012 4:38 PM EST up reply actions

ahem

they would definitely beat UNC. That team is a joke. And all they have to do is stop Sullinger to beat Ohio State. Given the way we’ve held down big men this season, I think there’s a good chance we do that.

Screw Kentucky, and John Calipari. I don’t know what else to say about them.

by pegs on Feb 9, 2012 9:51 PM EST up reply actions

Do we have rebounding problems?

Sure. But UNC just gagged away a double digit lead in like a minute, and how can anyone forget that at one point this season, not too long ago, they lost by almost 40 points to Florida State. FORTY!!!! Give me our problems over their’s any freaking day.

by cuse2012 on Feb 9, 2012 3:44 PM EST reply actions

Or 33, now that I looked it up

Either way, the point still stands. Colgate could have played FSU to a 33 point game.

by cuse2012 on Feb 9, 2012 3:45 PM EST up reply actions

Maybe we should have lost on a last second 3 on our home court rather than win in OT, then we would be better than UNC.

"Have you ever played?" "Yes, I was a goalie"

My reaction to the win

was strangely similar to Dave St. John’s…
