You can't make this stuff up

Well, unless your name is Zach Tomaselli. While the PS says he later admitted to fabricating the the harassment accusation, news 13 in Lewiston, Maine say they contacted him and he stands by the order of protection.

This is ridiculous. Now the PS is out to get him? First Bernie, then Fitz, don’t forget about the police and now the PS?! If there wasn’t so much at stake here…

The PS is pissed he deceived them

They want his blood now, just like they probably want Schwartz’s for leading them to them.

Two Tomaselli posts in a 24hr span?

How about we stop giving an admitted pedophile any type of attention. I want to know how the hell someone that took a plea deal for 3 years and 3 months behind bars is still out and making any type of statement. This guy deserves nothing more than a cold shank in the kidney the day before he is released from prison.

From the comments:
Gloria Allred has just announced in a press conference that she is representing Bernie Fine in a lawsuit against the PS and TV three over their story on this fraud.

That would be fantastic.

Or Not...

Turns out he’s lying about lying or something…

Maine court confirms Zach Tomaselli obtained order of protection against Bernie Fine

Hey, Post Standard, whatever you do don’t wait to get all the facts and verify evidence before popping off a Zach T. story. Oh the page views you’ll miss…

Lol

Is it really that difficult to figure out if a document like that is real or fake? Especially when the guy admitted to lying to you a bunch of times.

it looks like the document wasn't fake

but the pretenses behind the order of protection were.

Oh, look at me! I'm making people happy. I'm the magical man from. Happyland in a gumdrop house on Lollipop Laaane! Oh, by the way, I was being sarcastic.

2 things

1.) If Zach lied in Court, he should be charged with perjury. This could negatively affect any suspended prison time.

2.) Why do media outlets report everything he does? Every aspect of everything this guy has said related to the Fine case has been a lie or is based on a lie.

Good article on the Daily Orange

Dude is definitely a pathological liar. He lies in the interview and is called out on it. The end game definitely has something to do with him trying for sympathy because of mental illness. I’ll feel sorry for him the second he just admits he made the whole thing up. Actually, I take that back, I’ll never feel sorry for him.

Yes

It is a funny article. The whole UConn lie where his own friend states Zach never mentioned any of the stuff to him. Zach lies that he never told the cops it was UConn even though the police interview makes it clear they asked him why Zach said the game was at UConn.

Also, Schwarz confirms Zach told him it was UConn. Apparently he ran UConn out there before someone told him that was a mistake. Then best of all, there is not only a record of attendance for the Pitt game, there apparently is a record he took a test at school that day.

So, after reading this I’m wondering how he’s not charged with false police statement. The feds have a serious problem with any evidence from a warrant based on Tomaselli. He was lying from the start (UConn) and everyone knew it.

Yeah but those school records were tampered with

His dad was on the school board and knew that in a decade there would be a massive scandal at Penn State that would influence accusations of molestation concerning Bernie Fine and his son would be one of the accusers, so he ordered someone to change the attendance records and paid someone to take a test in Zach’s name.

Those school board members are more powerful than Obama, dontcha know
