National Signing Day, Syracuse Recruiting: Markus Pierce-Brewster Has A Fancy Name
The Syracuse Orange didn't recruit Markus Pierce-Brewster for his name, though I suppose if we had, it would have still been worth it. MPB officially signed with the Orange Wednesday on National Signing Day, agreeing to trek it across the country and continue his playing career.
Stat Me: A 2011 All-America Community College Defensive Player of the Year and member of the 2011 All-America Community College First Team Defense, MPB registered 62 tackles, including 18.5 tackles for loss and eight sacks en route to City College of San Francisco's JUCO National Title.
