They havent playexd a regular season game west of Chicago/Milwaukee since Monday, January 12, 2004 at Missouri. Clearly, the voters have this eight year span on their minds when voting on the merits of the current SU squad.
And, lest you forget, our 2003 title doesnt count, because we played the first four games in Boston and Albany, and those were not true road games.
We're the Rodney Dangerfield of hoops. We don't get no respect.

depends on the schedule
SDSU and Boise aren’t in the Big East for basketball, so if SMU and Houston either come to the Dome or aren’t on the schedule, still no game west of Milwaukee. Westernmost possible Big East game is in Dallas @SMU.
