Arinze Onuaku Re-Annexes Lithuania Into Otto-Man Empire
Lithuania has been a part of the Otto-Man Empire ever since Gerry McNamara annexed it in 2007. We've left them to their own devices since then and perhaps that was ill-advised. They acted out against Dear One Scoop Jardine in the World University Games. Now we need someone to go there and send a message. To remind them that they are the ant and we are the boot and Great Leader Jim Boeheim and his minions are not to be disobeyed.
That boot will belong to Arinze Onuaku, who has signed to play with Neptunas Klaipeda of Lithuania.
NepKlap, as I like to refer to them, are a pretty consistent team in the Lithuanian Basketball League and Baltic Basketball League (Lithuanian basketball is weird). Wikipedia has already named him a starter, so I guess we'll have to take their word for it.
UMass' Luke Bonner is also a member of the team.
AO leaves behind his Rio Grande Valley Vipers Era and begins anew in a foreign land. Let's hope his time abroad is more Eric Devendorf in New Zealand than Eric Devendorf in Turkey.

Arinze's been dreaming of this day
ever since he got the Grateful Dead Lithuanian Olympic bronze t-shirt for his 10th birthday.
