McNabb to Minny
So, apparently, Donovan McNabb is on his way to Minnesota is a trade that I saw coming halfway through last season. Washington obviously wasn't the place for McNabb and the Vikings have shown that age is nothing but a number to them. McNabb certainly isn't Favre-level washed up, but he's definitely on his last football legs. Hopefully he won't be sucked into the same sub-artic Mid-Western career black hole that Jonny Flynn and Wes Johnson were in and is able to have some success there. I will say this, I'm glad he's out of the NFC East. I've been an Eagles fan ever since McNabb was drafted and it was weird having to halfway pull for the 'Skins just because he played for them.

One thing he didn't not have in Philly or Washington:
Adrian Peterson.

True
Though I don’t think Andy Reid would run the ball 20+ times a game if he had Adrian Peterson, Chris Johnson and Arian Foster all on his roster. That’s just not what Andy does. Brian Westbrook, though fragile, was no slouch. I think that Don is much more, coachable we’ll say, that Favre is. I think that he and Chilly will get along well enough, even if that means handing the rock to AD and occasionally checking down to Visanthe Shiancoe and Jim Kleinsausser. the main question is what they’re going to do at WR. Rice is likely gone and Harvin and Berrian aren’t going to get the job done.

I do not believe Chilly is the head coach of Minny.

My bad
My brain is still in NFL lockout mode. Since I know nothing about Leslie Frazier, I’ll just shut up now

I like Andy Reid as an overall coach, but I think he ruined Don.
I know you can’t scramble too much when you want to have a long NFL career, but Andy make Don way to skittish about the hustle. Don’s last five years he would just stand there looking for a receiver even when there was 15 yards of open field ahead of him on 3rd and medium.
It got way to out of hand and into his head.

It wasn't andy
It was the injuries. Broken leg, ACL. I’ve had them both and they’re always in the back of your mind when you’re playing. Anyone who claims differently is lying.
