NCAA 12 Roster Finished
Finally got the game yesterday, and just finished editing the roster. All of my teams are named from another profile I find online, but the SU default roster is a disaster.
I fixed every player's height and weight (according to what SUA lists now) and hometowns where I could. I also fixed everyone's football eligibility to the best of my knowledge (SUA didn't help as much here). I edited up/down a bunch of our players to try to make them more accurate. There are a few players I couldn't get the overalls to get as high as I wanted for, like Nick Provo for examples, and others who I probably got a bit overzealous on (mainly this year's freshman). Overall, the roster is definitely not perfect, but for a late night hatchet job, I think they're pretty good.
My gamertag on Xbox Live is BlackKnight76, so feel free to download it. The roster is named 'pastapadre' because that is the gamertag which originally uploaded the named rosters. The entire roster, with ratings, is after the jump.

Very good, but I'm going with Buckeye2's for PS3
I like Lynch though.

Merging Rosters?
Any way to merge this on top of Buckeye’s I’m sure Dan’s is probably done in a bit more detail for our favorite squad
Not really. Its one or the other.

I suck at video game football
Bailey keeps getting injured (maybe I shouldn’t run the ball between the tackles so much, but inside running is about all I can manage to do consistently on Varsity), I can’t pass worth a darn, I keep missing extra points in the Dome with Krautman…
3 games into my Dynasty:
Bailey strained his back (out 11 weeks) But PTG has 450 yards 7.5 yards a carry and 5 TDs :D
Wilkes has a pick a game, I have 10 sacks on the year with my D-Line, and I’m 5-5 with Krautman (longest 49). And I’m pretty sure both Thomases have a FF a game.

I’m in the championship game. #1 Oklahoma vs. #2 SU. Default game setting seems awfully easy considering I haven’t played a football video game in at least 5 years. Only had to quit (a few times) vs. USF (omen?) and once vs OU.
Man, OU are fast. :D They went 14-0 in like 1:00, but I had the game close by the end. Wondering if there’s some equalizer AI in there mid-game?
Bailey knocked out due to injury for me too. PTG is good. Sales seems to be the secret go to guy. And I think Boatman won the Lombardi award.
Nope
Unfortunately Dan’s rosters are XBOX 360 only. Rumor has it that Buckeye02’s should be available for PS3 in the next day or so. You can follow the progress on his rosters on twitter at @Nickfa83
(Although, if after those come out, SU’s rosters need tweaking, perhaps Dan will put out his specific alterations for each rating and you can manually incorporate that.)
Bailey got knocked out early for me too but PTG has been lights out! And I agree that Sales is always open for me. I love bringing Shamarko on the two safety blitz, I can get him a sack just about 2 out of 3 times. I have found our OL to be a very good line too, not sure if you guys have had the same but I actually like the line. I did notice that with USC the player speed on their side was a bit faster. Couldn’t out run them like I do with BE teams and they got to the ball carrier quicker on D. Very cool to be geeking out with fellow NCAA 2012 fans. Go CUSE!!!!
I lost Bailey for the year…in the first quarter of the first game

Am I the only one
who wasn’t ecstatic with the idea of having to replace HCDM as SU’s HC?
Buckeye's roster came out
Dan you may want to write up a series of edits for them to make, because they fucked up a decent amount of shit.

I posted a few things for them
but jesus, they are not very good (at least as far as SU’s roster goes). Missing Andrew Tiller and Kevyn Scott? How do you pull that off?
Holy shit
I didn’t even realize Tiller, he’s a starter so I figured “nah he can’t be missing.”
They’re getting a lot of backlash now because of how much stuff is messed up in proportion to the amount of time taken to do that stuff.

Yeah, I was shocked
to say the least. No Tiller or Scott, no Hunt or Jonny MIller, and yet they included Teddy Lampkin? I’m a bit disappointed with their rosters, but I’m not gonna call them out on it or anything, they did what I have to imagine is a ton of work for free.
HOLY SHIT I just downloaded it and its missing a lot of guys
as was mentioned before.

I'm no expert
but it’s basically some dude who plays the game, no? Why should he really care about anyone besides tOSU.
Because it's a community roster project, he claimed they were going to be the best and most comprehensive rosters released
And because people donated under the assumption it was going to be a high quality of work.

The default rosters have no Tiller or Scott
probably not Buckeyedude’s fault, NCAA rosters are notoriously bad.
I’ll see if I can get something done this weekend, at least to fix the players that really need it.
Honestly, if it's any easier for you
to go through the starters at least and even just write down their ratings (down the line, don’t even really need to label) I’m willing to input them and re-upload the roster with SU edits for PS3 people.
For those 360 users
Download from CcAaRrSsOoNn3, they are the best 360 rosters around (not just simply named rosters), and I did the Syracuse rosters for the team. They are updated now without Sales and Miller, which let me add more freshmen.
I will add a lineup like Mr. Lyons did up top if anyone wants to see what it looks like before going in to download it.
didnt mean to step on any toes, I thought i read that the roster above was for ps3.
maybe we can collaborate with a roster :)
