NFL Draft: Syracuse Player Before And After
One of the fun throwaway features that popped up after the 2011 NFL Draft was over was the before and after photos of top picks. Seeing the difference between these guys from the time they graduated high school to the time they became walking pieces of granite always amuses.
Of course no one showed any Syracuse players since they didn't get drafted highly. That's where I come in.
And since we're on the topic, how bout the undrafted seniors... (Wasn't able to find anything good for Bartholomew in high school, let me know if you do...)

Delone looks
almost as big as a senior in high school. No wonder he was Ohio’s Mr Football. Im sure given his position and size, there is only so much bulk he could or would want to gain. Im sure most of the extra came in the strength conditioning he got while he was here. Either way, Im looking forward to seeing what he does with the Colts and how much PT he gets in the coming season, after the players and owners end all this BS posturing and remember they have billions to lose and nothing to gain by not playing.
I remember that photo of Hogue
Always thought he looked scrawny, but maybe that was just the oversized T-shirt.
Either way, sounds like HCDMs assessment of Hogue in 2009 was spot on – I’m paraphrasing, but it was something like “move to LB, and you’ll be able to play on Sunday”.
Congrats to him, and Carter for getting drafted. And best of luck to the rest of our senior FA hopefuls. Hope they find a home in the NFL soon.
