Syracuse Orange, Carmelo Both Debuting New Kicks On Friday

We all know the key to winning NCAA Tournaments and NBA games is sneakers. That's a given. So you better believe the Syracuse Orange are going into the tournament with the very best. They'll be wearing some brand new sneakers courtesy of an old friend who knows a thing or two about what it takes to win in the NCAAs.

Introducing the Melo M7 Future Sole.

Carmelo will wear the shoes as well Friday when the Knicks take on the Pistons. Melo will also wear a commemorative green colorway to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day tonight against the Grizzlies.

The shoe was designed by 16-year-old Michigan native Allen Largin, so, nice work kid. He received $5,000 in computer equipment, a platinum certificate of $,5,000 and a $5,000 donation to his high school.

I Have A Great Idea For The Ad Too

Two 30 something white guys go to a street court in NYC and one of them puts these on talking junk about how he will be dunking on his buddy now. Instead the guy puts up bricks and barely touches the net when he tries to dunk. After the game, Lala walks by and winks telling him, “great shoes. something about those shoes is sexy to me.” The guy starts to smile ear to ear and then Melo walks up to play the winner and says, “I think she was talking about me”.
