The Georgetown Ticket Fiasco-Fest Continues

Stay connected for news and updates

I guess Georgetown is still pissed, and the Verizon Center is quite afraid, of the sea of orange that was set to descend on their will call window on February 26 by all of the people (myself included) who bought tickets by "donating" to Georgetown Athletics to get seats for our game in 2 weeks.  By the way, I am now trapped on a Georgetown mailing list offering bargain-basement prices for every other game besides ours.

Anyway, those idiots are now implementing a *mandatory* $3/ticket fee to print the Syracuse game tickets at home.  The only other option is to pick up the tickets in person this Sunday.  Funny.  I even emailed them claiming I couldn't print the tickets, and got this response:

We will be unable to mail the tickets for this game to (sic) the large amount of orders.  You may come by the Verizon Center this Sunday after the Georgetown vs. Marquette game to have your tickets printed.

Honk if you hate Georgetown.
