Apparently few of the coaches.
But I am sure there is something to whine and complain about.

It's worth consideration
OSU played Kansas in Lawrence. Syracuse played George Washington in the Dome. OSU was without their best player. But, to me, the mitigating factors don’t make up for margin of defeat. A double digit loss doesn’t earn you the top spot. I don’t care who you played or who did or didn’t suit up.
I honestly thought it more likely that UK would keep the top spot despite losing. Indiana may have been unranked, but they’re alot better than their non-ranking implies and UK lost by 1 at the buzzer. In some minds, a 1pt buzzer-beater loss against a good (if unranked at the time) opponent is better than handing the Colonials their @sses on a 35 point platter.

I though it more likely Duke jump up to number 1
Because those are the types of things that happen in this world.
I'm sure that, if it comes down to it
and it’s between Duke and ’Cuse for a #1 NCAA seed, the Orange will get bumped to the second line.

If there were a bunch of one-loss teams
Maybe. But when there are still 10 undefeated teams, no excuse for a 1-loss team atop the standings.
We won, the two ahead of lost. That’s that.
As for where Ohio State and Kentucky landed, that is fair. Ohio State killed Duke. How can they drop below them? Kentucky beat UNC, so same analysis. Meanwhile, who have Louisville or Baylor beaten to justify moving ahead of Ohio State (losing without its star) and Kentucky (losing on a buzzer-beater to an undefeated team at home)?
The rankings seem particularly appropriate.

This guy, for one
Never argue with an idiot. They'll bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience.
Also
Nobody gave us any sympathy when we narrowly lost at a top 5 ranked Pitt team without KJ last winter. Ohio State lost by double digits to a lower ranked team. Would they beat us with Sullinger? Possibly, but that’s pretty much besides the fact. No team should move up after losing by double digits to anyone.
I'll also add
That it’s perfectly legitimate to rank OSU, or even UK, #1 depending on how you view the ranking process as a whole. For the most part I think voters treat the polls as a weekly ranking. A “who was the best team last week?” poll, as it were. That’s the basis we all use when saying Syracuse should be #1 after UK and OSU both lost. the conventional polling logic dictates that they team that wins jumps the team that loses.
But I don’t see anything wrong with taking the long view and ranking teams based an overall picture of a team, its past performance and it’s future potential. Yeah, OSU lost, but you’d be hard pressed to make a compelling case that a single L makes them less than the best team in the country. The same can be said fo UK. and the same can be said for Syracuse.
No one is going undefeated, so to rank teams strictly based on who won or lost the previous week is a little silly if you really look a it. So, while I tend to adhere to the narrower, weekly view of the polls, I’m not going to skewer this or that voter because they ranked another one of the handful of great teams #1.

I actually like Seth
He’s like the anti-Gottlieb. Gottlieb’s job is strictly to talk out of his @$$ and make it sound like basketball analysis. Seth actually provides an objective viewpoint and opinion.

I think Davis is awful. He fits in on CBS.
Man they all suck. I cannot stand Clark Kellogg and his obvious comments that he states so seriously. I’d actually rather hear Dickie V’s “WOOOW BAAABBEE” nonsense, Kellogg is that bad. At least Vitale doesn’t think he is enlightening us. He is just there to inflate his own ego and entertain himself at our expense.
If they bring back the NBA to cover the tourney this year I’ll puke.
