Found a couple interesting things while looking through the box score this morning ... 

-Rakeem Christmas became a member of Club 3 Trillion last night. Not sure how many starters end up with that distinction - especially High School All Americans - but that's certainly noteworthy.

-Not sure how Fab played 25 minutes, registered five blocks, yet only grabbed 2 rebounds. He's 7 feet tall. Gotta work on those box outs big fella.

-17 assists to just 9 turnovers for the team is a great stat, especially when compared to Virginia Tech's 15 assists to 16 turnovers. SU ended up with 22 points off turnovers, to just 9 for VT.

-I don't remember Baye looking bad out there, but his stat line is very unimpressive - 15 minutes, 0 points, 1 rebound, 1 turnover, 3 fouls

-Kris Joseph and CJ Fair accounted for 20 of SU's 32 rebounds. No one else had more than 2 boards. 

-Joseph is looking more and more like "the guy" and his stat line proves it. Team-leading 39 minutes, 20 points, 10 rebounds. 

-Fab actually played five more minutes last night than Scoop. Who thought that would ever be possible after last season?
