Why joining the ACC sucks
When I first learned Syracuse was leaving the Big East I was pretty upset. I love the rivalries we have now and will be pained when some of them are forced to end. And I'm definitely not looking forward to having to listen to retarded Duke and UNC fans all the time. I thought they were annoying before, who know how I'll feel when we have start playing them. This post by a friend of mine explained my feelings perfectly and made me feel a little better about the move and just wanted to share it with a few others.

I as well
live right smack in the middle of ACC country and I must say I’m thrilled knowing that there are 8 teams well within driving distance of me. Hell, one of them is 20 minutes away! But heres the real reason I cant wait for our Orangemen to start ACC play. I miss VPI, BC and Miami. Yeah you read that right. Yes, we Orange fans hate them. But serioulsy when it comes to Miami and VPI, was there anyone we loved to hate more? It may be ony every other year depending on how the schedule works out. But I cant wait to start playing the birds and turkeys again in football.
