SB Nation BlogPoll College Football Rankings 2011
The Week 7 BlogPoll has the same ol' team on top: LSU, which reduced Florida to gristle in Week 6, reigns in the BlogPoll for a third straight week, followed by Alabama and Oklahoma. And those top three teams are still well ahead of rest of the field, too.
So far I have yet to get noticed in the Wack Ballot Watch and that's got to be some kind of record (here's mine for comparison).
The fact that even the BlogPoll is keeping Clemson down so much seems silly. Aside from LSU, who else have beaten more ranked teams? I can see not putting them in the Top 3 but it's hard to deny they don't deserve to be Top 5 in my opinion.
West Virginia the lone Big East squad at No. 16. South Florida, Rutgers and Cincy all received votes.
Syracuse didn't receive votes but they did get a few in this week's SB Nation Big East Rankings. They stick at No. 6 overall, trailing Pitt but well ahead of Louisville and UConn.
