Interesting
According to Sportsnation Poll, Syracuse has carried some states in a poll to determine who should take over for Duke as #1.
Somehow, South New York (aka New Jersey) did not vote for Syracuse. Instead, they are Ohio St. country. This means that they are either (a) morons (probably); (b) bitter (probably); and/or © still hoping to be Big 10 someday (everyone needs dreams, I guess).
Well,
As I mentioned in the gameday thread against Cincy, pundits will aCUSE KJo of not having left the tri-state area. Dammit.
If we win
we should be #1 for the rest of the season.
Of course, if we lose, regardless of being Kris-less, we’ll go down to #10 somehow
If we beat both Nova and Pitt
then we will most likely receive a ton of votes for #1. None of those other teams will have played anybody as good as Pitt, and to follow that up with Nova, another quality team, well, we’re going to earn our ranking by the end of this week.
Without Gerry McNamara we wouldn't have won 10 f-- games, not 10

we would get votes yes
but we wouldnt jump Ohio State or KU. In college sports you need those people ahead of you to loose if you want to move up.
Huh?
Who say’s Duke still won’t be #1? A loss for them is rated the same as a win by Syracuse, an abberation.
Nothing Is Fool proof if you have the right fools.
