If Tully’s is not listed, I can think of no better places than Faegans and Chuck’s, though Tully’s is more of your family sports bar than a “college” bar so that helps too (I just had to reach my quota for this month’s Tully’s mentions).
Also agreed that any list that refers to G’town students as douchebags is a major #WIN.

it was owned by a lawyer who was disappointed it was getting away from the restaurant side of things. He was old and didnt want to run it any more even though it was making money. So when time came to renew the lease (owned by the Indians who own those restaurants) he just said ‘nah’ and let it run out.

faegans is def my favorite bar on campus
chucks is GREAT dont get me wrong. but it gets wayyyy too crowded. if you’re there early on a friday its the place to be tho!
during my last year, I pulled many noon-9pm ‘drinking shifts’ at Chucks after my one friday morning class. I’d leave sufficiently hammered as many people started filing in. I couldn’t afford to go to Faegans too much then and usually had classes on thursdays, so flip nights were usually no-go for me.

Old Chuks 1000x better than new chucks
Sorry to sound like an old man, but I went to the new chucks once. The old chucks was amazing. When the university buys your building because too much underage drinking is going on at it, you know your doing something legendary.
44s is also really missed. Split day was amazing.
