Big 12 will be holding their Spring meetings this week and ::gasp:: are putting the Big 10 expansion discussion at the top of the agenda! Even going as far as asking league members where they stand on the expansion and even investigating ways to entice members to stay. This is all unnecessary crazy talk!

They're not in the Denial phase...

… like Big East officials, and they aren’t really doomed unless we get a Big 16 and a super-size SEC (heck, unless a Pac 16 is thrown into the mix as well, the remnants of the WAC, MWC and Big 12 could still have a decent conference between them). But I don’t think they can really do anything that would convince anyone thinking about leaving from going, either.
