"Report: Big Ten extends offers to four schools, Syracuse is not one of them"
“According to a report by Kevin Kietzman on Kansas City, Missouri, radio station 810 WHB on Monday, The Big Ten conference has extended initial offers to Rutgers, Notre Dame, Missouri, and Nebraska.”

Orange you glad it's not football season?
This would be good news.
Perhaps the other Big East schools could get together and offer to pay Rutger’s exit fee to expedite their departure?
Orange you glad it's not football season?
That's not a bad thing
First: It’s easy to replace Rutgers in the Big East (add Memphis), so the conference should not fall apart, as feared.
Second: If (when) ND says no to the Big 10, SU could still be asked to join.
Rutgers?
Really? That’s the school they would like to plunder from the BE? Seriously?
Go Orange(men)!
