I watched the game last night and thought Jim Nance and Clark Kellogg, overall, were fine as announcers. At moments I even thought they were pretty good. Neither were fantastic, but I wouldn't say they were even close to awful either. Mostly, they were just there. And, if you're not going to blow me out of the water with your words, just being there, giving simple analysis/play-by-play, and not pissing me off as an announcer is enough.

However, one of my friends took issue with Kellogg saying he was awful, calling him a total Dukey. Another compared him to Dickie Vitale.

So I started to think I might be crazy. Hating on Dickie V. and his Duke/ACC loving is a well-known fact. But am I late to the game on the Clark Kellogg hating?

So, thoughts, anyone? Beuller? Something-D-O-O Economics?
