It's Georgetown Or South Florida
Now that the Bulls have beaten DePaul 58-49 in the first round of the BET, they'll play Georgetown for the right to take on the No. 1 seed Orange.

so do we have a preference
or care at all? If we get USF I sure hope they continue their steller 3-pt shooting they exhibited today ’cause we know what our team does to others that try and get all their points in the paint.
I'd much rather see USF
I don’t want to see a talented GTown team for a third time….

Agreed....
Plus, I’d love to see a team that’s playing its 3d game in as many days.

Poor UConn
Getting handled by St. Johns.
I guess this means that Calhoun will have to call in with mystery illnesses during the NIT. If they win a game or two, it pads his stats. If they lose, it is because he isn’t there. A nice way to cushion the blow of a losing season.
G-Rob should have done it during his first season. I would have accepted that he had Acute Cranial Flatulence.
Really, though, is there anything more dumb that a coach not being at a game and getting a win???

Acute Cranial Flatulence
Acute? It was a full blown crisis

Georgetown please
If we lose to them, we still beat them twice. But if we beat them three times in a season, thats some special shit right there.
I agree
Neither team is a pushover. USF is playing like they actually belong in the BE right now. If they beat G’town tomorrow and were to beat us, that’ll probably be good enough to get them in the big dance. Bottom line is USF would need the win badly, and thats not the team you want to play in the BET.
Besides, why not jump at the chance to beat G’town a 3rd time this season?
