Boston area for 'Cuse - UVM game?
Hey guys, figuring Friday night is two away, I thought I'd extend this invitation to all my friends on this board! Here's my Facebook invitation after the jump. Please msg. me directly if you're interested
Hey Everyone!
Five years ago, I was mingling about in my EMC cubicle in Hopkinton, MA as a recent college grad, when my supervisor, Adam (a UVM alum) told me he got 2 booster seats to the #4 Syracuse vs. #13 Vermont opening round NCAA tournament game in Worcester. I drank all their Jack Daniels in their booster suite a...nd proceeded to floor level in the student section. UVM went on to pull off one of the most shocking upsets in NCAA tournament history with an OT win. I smashed my cell phone in one hand.
Now, the Tournament Selection Committee has pulled a funny joke on us all. They gave SU the #1 seed in the West, but paired them up with this distant nightmare of a program. With their star center most likely out, the Syracuse Orangemen have what could potentially be the most competitive #1 vs. #16 match-up in Tournament History. This game also features a showdown between Syracuse sensational forward Kris Joseph, and his big brother, Maurice Joseph, a Sr. for UVM.
Please join us for a late night romp at Hotel Dabs to take in the action!

meeting in Beantown
check out Bostonorange.org. The alumni group has a bar they meet at for all the SU gmes. It’s owned by an SU alum.
Thanks
I’ve known about the Pour House for awhile and have been there countless times, but have never ventured that way for a Cuse game. I’m not the biggest fan of Boylston St.
Does this event call for me to bring the party to the Pour House and dress like the Renegade Pumpkin?
