Courtesy of LTJG A, a 2003 Cuse grad stationed in Africa. While sitting in a cab while it drove past a crowded market, he saw this guy just sitting there in an Orangemen t-shirt. He missed the opportunity to get a picture with him. The next day he returned and found him again for the photo. Proof positive that Syracuse is now Africa's College Team.
