There's UConn up top, controlling it's own destiny. Yep, after it's all said and done, there's a good chance the UConn Huskies will represent the conference in a bowl game. Of course, since this is the season in which everything that can go wrong, will, expect the Huskies and Mountaineers to lose their final games, allowing  a 7-5 Pitt to leapfrog them and go play whatever Deathmonster the Big 12 sends out in the Fiesta Bowl.

Then again, Rutgers is back on the bottom of the conference. So in that way, things are as they should be.

Current Beef Bowl Opponent Projection (CUSA #5):  Southern Miss (8-4).  The Eagles have been putting up points like it's their job. Well, like it's their vocation-in-which-they-do-not-receive-benefits-for. They've scored 40+ points in six of their last seven games. We probably need an opponent more likely to score four points a game the way our offense is playing.
