Doug Marrone is in full-on "I don't know what you're talking about, we've got a lot of work to do" mode and that's just find by every Syracuse fan.

I was happy in the beginning until we had the personal foul, we were rolling right there and were doing a nice job.
The truth is, Marrone can't look ahead like the rest of us. He's going up against a very good UConn team that's getting hot. Not to mention the fact that he wants to really get back at Edsall for running up the score last year. That doesn't just happen. You need to work hard in order to be able to return that kind of favor.
When pressed about what it means to be bowl eligible and to ensure a winning record for the program, Marrone remains stoic and reserved, as you would expect.
"The sense is that I’m happy for the players, the seniors, people in the community, the faculty, and the alumni. I try to tell people all the time that I’m really just doing my job, I don’t look at it as being extraordinary. I’m doing what I was brought here to do. To see people excited about the program and happy, I’m excited about that for them. I’m even more so excited for the players because it is more than just a football game what we play."
