It was an ugly game.  The offense strutted their stuff........for about 5 total minutes.  Sales came up big for us in crunch time, and I can't say enough about #29 Baileying us out at the end with some enormous runs.  Krautman deserves the game ball and a foot rub.  Our ball holders/kickers/punter kick ass! That's usually not the first bullet of praise for a team taking home W's from conference road games, but who the hell can complain?!

The offensive line needs to get on the same page.  As many noted in the game thread, they often looked confused and out of place.  Giving up that many sacks to Rutgers is a bit ridiculous, but hey, WIN IS WIN.

Last but certainly not least, the DEFENSE.  What a brick wall!  5 or 6 Rutgers drives started within 10 yards of midfield and they have nothing to show but 3 points.  (Their TD came on an 84 yd drive) Excellent play to end the game.

Yes, it became a nail-biter.  We all sweat a tad more than we thought we would, and we need Marrone to get these guys focused on these last two games and stop dropping the ball at home.
