Syracuse Post-Standard columnist Bud Poliquin has surprised me with some of his--um, let's just say "unique" phrases before. But one in today's column in the Post-Standard about "The Yankee Bowl" takes the cake. Or as Bud might say, it takes the cake faster than a gorilla would take a creampuff from a locksmith (or something). Here it is:

"Such a thought blows no wind up my skivvies."

Good to know, sir. Good to know. And now I feel dirty.
