Keep On Practicin' On

Big practice over the weekend as the SU Football team ran a 72-play scrimmage.  Donnie Webb was there, so was Tyler Dunne from the D.O.  In a nutshell, here's how it went:

1. It was physical.
2. The defense made some big hits.
3. The offense made some nice plays.
4. There's much still to be learned and worked on.
5. Doug Marrone likes what he sees but wants improvement.

Done.

Donnie reached out to David Legree to try and get his thoughts on leaving the team.  Legree e-mailed Donnie back over the weekend and told him...not much:

"All I will say is that it is a combination of things that I shouldn't discuss," Legree wrote. "But it is OK for people to think as they may, That doesn't effect me. This is an amazing place and I'm sorry I couldn't bring a championship back here. God bless and have a good day."

And so we all move on.
