More importantly, who won the date with DOCTOR Gross?

We would have liked more guests, but it overall was a success.

I don’t have exact figures for how much we raised yet, nor do I know who won the Dr. Gross date. However, the date with Veley for a day is still available online! Jim Abbott was great for a speaker, very motivating, and Mr. Falk was there signing books. Adam Bender being presented the Perseverance in Sport Award was very touching. Hopefully as the economy recovers more people will be able to come out and bid.

Friedgen's job status appeared shaky after the Terrapins lost a school-record 10 games this season. But after meeting for two consecutive days with athletic director Debbie Yow, Friedgen was given the go-ahead to make plans for a 10th season as coach at his alma mater.
