The Syracuse University men's basketball team will take on Stephen F. Austin at 12:15 p.m. on Friday in the first round of the NCAA Tournament in Miami.
If Syracuse advances to the second round on Sunday, game time will be 12:10 or 2:40 p.m.
All games will be televised on CBS (WTVH-5)
Well I'm not going to lie - that sorta sucks. Uhhh...boss - I'm feeling [coughcough] sick already.

I guess I'm working from home Friday...
I missed almost all of the 6OT game; I’m not missing NCAA tournament games.
12:10 PM?
Guess I could take a 2 hour lunch and go to the game…
Now that I think harder...
…this may create a real dilemma for me. Noon is the worst possible time for me work-wise.
Ugh, why couldn’t this have been an evening game.. the arena is 5 blocks away from my work and I may not be able to go. ugh.
Same here
Out of work too – laid off, but hey, at least we won’t miss a minute of SU basketball!

Yeah!
Jobs are over-rated anyway. Getting laid-off has it’s advantages. I was able to watch every game of the BET and now thanks to modern technology I can watch every tournament game. Between my TV and 2 laptops I won’t have to miss a minute of hoops action. Sometimes I am jealous of the workers for having more money than me but I know they are jealous of me for blogging at 1 am and sleeping until whenever I feel like.
I'll donate $1 to help Mary Wilson pay the estate tax...who's with me?!?

LOL
That is fantastic. I’d take a 42 point win over those guys!

Half Day for Me
First two days of the tournament are religious experiences, I’ll be taking a half day
boeheim better set some nice curfews
we gotta keep paul outta the club. next thing you know, hes driving down ocean blvd at 7 am hitting pedestrians with this bentley… i mean hertz malibu.
I think you mean Devo
Harris will probably just stay up filming his own rap videos with awkward white kids.
cleveland st.
is anyone else worried that cleveland st. is also playing in miami? someone better make sure our hotel is far away from their’s. i don’t want any of that voodoo witchcraft rubbing off on us again!
In 2003...
As the 3 seed Cuse played those damn Jaspers at 12:15p. I’m just saying…
Gotta say, being on Central time I can't complain
I can definitely hit up the CBS online (off and on) for half the game and watch it at a bar for the the other half at lunchtime. The real trick will come on Sunday if we win on Friday. With my girlfriend visiting I somehow have to pull off watching the basketball game and doing my fantasy baseball draft in one afternoon.
i can't say
that I’ve ever called it “fantasy baseball draft” before or use that kind of role play, but if that’s kind of your thing, then have at it!

I’ll take Fukudome…and you can take it in the Pujols.
I’m sorry, as Fatel would say, “that’s the internet talking not me.”
Mountain TIme
here in El Paso. I may have to be “working in the field” that morning and come back to the office after a few fine beverages at Brew! sports bar. I’m pretty sure my boss will know what is up.
...am glad for the times
I have a wedding on Friday night and a commitment all day next Sat

The 'Cuse is in tha house, oh my God oh my God.
Just got my ticket!
yay. Actually the first time I’m going to get to see Syracuse play live since I graduated in ’03.
could you please give me info
I’m looking to buy 1 cheap ticket($80-$100) for only session 1(Su) and not sure where is the best place to do so.
I have one class during possible NCAA game times. And it lasts until 12:35 on Friday. Literally any other time and I would have had no issue. Damn it. And, of course, I have to go to that class because I have a quiz. Maybe I’ll start feeling ill right around noon.
are you a student at Syracuse?
Profs are allowed to have classes right when the team plays in the NCAAs? That’s ridiculous!
