Orange You Glad We Didn't Hire Lane Kiffin?
Tennesse already had to turn Lane Kiffin in for recruiting violations:
In letters to the NCAA and SEC, the Tennessee athletic department said the secondary violations occurred in January. One violation occurred when nine prospects on an official visit to the school participated in a mock press conference at Neyland Stadium’s media center.
Another violation occurred when a fog machine was used as a recruit entered the field at Neyland Stadium during his official visit on Jan. 9.
Under NCAA recruiting rules, schools are prohibited from simulating a game experience for recruits during official visits.
He's also gotten feisty with other coaches in the SEC, pretty much assuring that until Tennessee can defend itself, Florida and Spurrier's USC will put a good whoopin' on the Vols any chance they can. Fun stuff.
Maybe if Kiffin was ours we'd be all excited by the drama. But honestly, stealing other team's recruits is enough drama for me.

Violations
Since the dome is always empty for football games, is Syracuse self-reports simulating game situations when they show the inside of the Dome to its recruits.? har har. Coach Marrone is going to bring the Cuse back. Go Orange!!
What a stupid rule
The NCAA makes these ridiculous rules…
A fog machine? Are you kidding me?
To make this point relevant, do you really think the difference between Oku coming to Syracuse as opposed to Tennessee is that he got to walk through a fog machine? How old are these recruits, 6?
P.S. does any one remember like the first 2 or 3 games of the Grob era, he wanted the team to run through the fog machine, but then we lost all the games so he stopped. Lol… Oh greggers.
