The Syracuse DB had this to say on Twitter: "THESE MOTHERF***ERS THAT WORK @ THIS COMPLIANCE OFFICES AT THESE UNIVERSITIES MITE BE THE DUMBEST F***ERS EVER!!!" Someone is not happy about something.
