Andy's Tattoo
Did anyone else notice Andy had a tattoo tonight? On his inner upper bicep? Anyone know what it says? I loves me some Andy!
I guess there's a word limit requirement, so I'll just say long time reader, first time poster. Thanks for all the hard work Sean! And Happy Holidays to all! Sheesh, how do you just do a short post around here? Are you kidding? I still have to say stuff?

Thanks Mrs. O
Debo rubbed off on impressionable Andy, that’s what I suppose
Troy Nunes Is An Absolute Magician - The Syracuse blog that cares.
Finally decided to do a little research on this
Can’t make out the tattoo here, but you can definitely confirm that he does have some big tattoo on the inside of his left bicep.
Also, in this article from a Canadian paper, a family tattoo is talked about, and Andy got his on his rib cage:
A handful of years ago, Leo changed the way he looked at his body thanks to his sons, among them Mike, 24, Jay, 18, and Sammy, 9. Under pressure from the more persuasive of his brood, he had his ear pierced in the name of family bonding. This past summer, Andy suggested the mass acquisition of more body art. It was, truly, a family tattoo: A so-called ambigram that, viewed from one angle, spelled “Family” and from another “Forever.”
Said Leo, who turns 49 tomorrow: “I was absolutely saying, `No way, not a chance, never.’ But Andy showed me the design. It’s pretty cool when your kids think the family means that much that they want something like that.”
The elder Rautins got his on the back of his neck, below the collar line. Andy got a larger version that covers some of his suddenly meatier rib cage. Bound by blood and ink and torn ligaments, they’ll tell you they are stronger for it.
Not the tattoo we’re looking for, but a tattoo nonetheless. And I’m sure when viewed from yet another angle it reads, “DEVO.”
HOLD THE PHONE! I’ve got something here:

Here’s my theory: the tattoo on his inner bicep looks like a specially designed “Andrius” (with stars and loops, if you click on the link you’ll see a bigger version). Look on Wikipedia for Andrius, you are forwarded to the entry on “Andrew.”
So, if Wikipedia is to be trusted, Andy Rautins has the Lithuanian form of his first name on his inner bicep.
As for his wrist, it looks like Canadian pride: I see a maple leaf and (maybe) some Roman numerals

HUZZAH!
use a fanshot instead of a fanpost
fanshot has no character limit and is meant for links, pics and short posts like this. fanpost is for actual posts/stories/discussions about cuse.
now you know, and knowing is half the battle!
