When he's in the game, it's because we believe that he gives us the best chance to win. And I truly, truly, truly thank him for being here. And I hope my kids grow up ... to have the courage ... and determination of a Greg Paulus. I get emotional when I talk about my family."

I have to agree. I think when Greg is going well, his leadership rubs off on the other players. We need to get as much out of him as we can this year for the sake of our programs culture. Ryan is a good QB, but as we see every season in the NFL, there is a huge difference between being the back up and coming in a no pressure roll for a few plays to being the starter and having a defense prepared for your tendencies. Beyond that, it is unlikely he is even the long term solution at QB as he dosent really fit the system the way our two new recruits do.
