Gross called him at midnight about an interview? Really? That explains why no Gill. I’m optimistic about Marrone, but that is just poor form by Gross and may inform on why this coaching search seemed so incompetent. Not quite Auburn incompetent, but still.

Looks like the only one not on board with the Marrone hire was D-Gross. It looks like the alums on that search committee really had some pull in this one.
