Horrible...
The video feed stinks and the audio is almost unlistenable.
That said, the DOCTOR just said that Marrone was the only person to whom he offered the position. So Gill never had the opportunity to accept or decline….. great.

plz
Gill wouldn’t take the SU job over Auburn anyways…and who says that Gill would have been the Savior?
Doesn't look like Gill is going to be offered Auburn job
So it doesn’t make sense. Buffalo was a train wreck before he got there and now is in a bowl and a better team than SU.
Skip Holtz
showed up unannounced, hit Marrone over the head with a steel chair, Gross ripped off his suit to reveal a purple ECU shirt and they stole Jim Boeheim’s Intercontinental Title just before challenging him and John Desko to a steel cage tag-team match in St. Louis…only on PPV this Sunday!!!
Thats better then anything WWE has put on the air in years. With the problems I had with my feed, that all could have happened too.

Mole
I have a dude at the press conference, he is going to ask about Orgeron. He thinks Conley is a lock to stay, so he isn’t going to ask about that.

Presser
Key things I gathered from the press conference:
1. Doug Marrone was the only candidate offered the position.
2. The football members of the group that did the hiring were high on Marrone.
3. Doug doesn’t feel that this is a “rebuilding” job but rather a “rejuvenating” job.
4. Revenues are really hurting in the Athletics Department as almost everyone that spoke called for people to show up in the Dome.
5. Doug Marrone hates bloggers.
He said...
…something about how he is going to wail on the blogger who said he wasn’t very sexy and refuses to take the Caps Lock off when discussing his BFF.

Comment
His comment was something to the effect about how coaching is in this day and age when you are competing for recruits with other teams and you have all these people putting information out there and he specifically mentioned bloggers. Give them about twenty to put the presser online and it is right at the end of his final statements.

Someone needs to start a blogosphere PR firm
Seriously, do coaches realize what an ally bloggers could be? Friends close and enemies closer guys. Don’t alienate the people that can bury you with your own words before you even finish saying them.
Make sure you mention
you’re just fightin’ the fight out here in the blogosphere.

You've got a lot of
want-to, trying to get that interview.

I hope you are serious
Because that would be pretty cool. Show him that there is love to be found in the cold, harsh internets.
I think you can do that.
I really do. I think it’s something that you’ve been trying to do. And we’ll see how it goes from here. Maybe the interview will flash, maybe it won’t. But we’ll see if it does when it pops up on here.
Talk the talk? check.
Walk the walk? pending.
